To Become a Member you Must Be:

Employed by one of the following:

• Luzerne County
• Child Development Council of Q257
• Timber Ridge Health Care Center, Wilkes Barre
• Charles T. Brand, DDS. Dallas

Or:

• Family members of any of these groups can become a member too.
